The Clean Slate service is not designed for historical cleanup. We draw a firm line at today — setting up your accounting system properly from this point forward. If you need prior-year data reconciled or migrated, that requires a separate engagement with a specialist. We can refer you if needed.
Most setups are completed within 5 business days from the date we receive your onboarding intake. Complex structures — multi-entity LLCs, agencies with project-based billing — may need an additional 1–2 days. We communicate timelines clearly before beginning.
Your setup is completed by Luxe Financials’ internal team — an established accounting firm, not a freelancer marketplace. We do not outsource this work. The same firm that handles complex financial planning for healthcare professionals and founders is building your foundation.
Select “Unsure — advise me” in the form. During our intake review we’ll ask a few targeted questions about your billing model, team size, and CPA preferences to recommend the right platform. There is no additional charge for this guidance.
After submitting, we’ll send a brief onboarding document requesting access to your accounting software, your business bank details for feed linkage, your logo file for the invoice template, and basic information about how you bill clients.

The training video library remains yours permanently. After 30 days, you can engage Luxe Financials for ongoing bookkeeping, monthly financial management, or tax preparation — all as separate, clearly scoped services. Many Clean Slate clients transition naturally into monthly retainers.
