The disparities in wealth in this country are appalling. There are so many challenges that exist for the socially and economically disadvantaged that this group must work 10x harder just to go a quarter of the distance as their affluent counterparts, even if they have the same start. These challenges are even more pronounced when you’re of African descent. The educational barriers we face are unfair and make it remotely impossible for us to catch up to the 400 plus year head start other groups have had to build wealth in this country.

But that doesn’t mean we wont try!

80% of Black owned businesses fail within their first 18 months of existence. As for the companies that do make it past the 18 month mark, most of them fail to implement a viable investment strategy that will allow them to sustain the growth of their companies. Which leads to cash flow struggles and the eventual demise of the company altogether.

But we’re on a mission to change that!

By equipping entrepreneurs with the tools they need to compete on a corporate level, we’ll be able to empower a new wave of wealth builders who are able to build scalable and sustainable companies and lead their families to financial freedom.
