Our Request

What we ask of you.

We are reaching out to your employee resource group because we recognize you as the bridge between your institution and the nurses you represent.

Our ask is intentionally minimal. We are not requesting budget, staffing, or logistical coordination beyond two simple things. Everything else, we handle ourselves.

We are flexible on dates, shift windows, and space configuration. Our only commitment is that every nurse who walks through our door on those days receives the same quality of care and clarity—regardless of seniority, specialty, or schedule.

A designated on-site space — a quiet room, breakroom, or available area near nursing staff. Nurses should not need to leave the building or their floor to access us.
